- First, clean the potatoes well, cut them in half and boil them in salted water. They can't cook much.
- In a pan, fry the pepperoni in pieces, remove the excess fat and set aside.
- Once the potato is cooked, remove it from the water and let it cool.
- After the potato is cold, scrape the potato core with a spoon and mix it with the already fried pepperoni.
- Add the cream cheese, cream and onion cream.
- Mix everything and fill each potato with a generous spoonful of the cream. Arrange all the potatoes in a refractory and on top of each one, place a slice of cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is browned.
