Large Potatoes2 unit(s)
Cottage cheese200 g
Butter2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Fried chopped bacon100 g
Parsley to taste
Straw potatoes (optional) to taste
grated mozzarella100 g

Cook the potatoes in water until soft. Make a horizontal cut on top of each potato. With the help of a spoon, remove all the pulp being careful not to pierce the skin.
Place the potato in a bowl and mash it well, add the salt, butter, bacon and parsley.
Stuff the potatoes, place half the curd on top of each potato, sprinkle the grated mozzarella and bake until browned.
Decorate with potato straw and serve.
