- Large red or yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
- Cooked Parboiled Rice1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Green seasoning to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- grated carrot4 tablespoon
- Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and white parts and set aside.
- In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy, remove and leave to rest on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Enjoy the bacon fat and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the carrot and sauté, add the cooked rice and mix.
- Add salt and pepper. Finish with the green seasoning.
- Add the seasoned rice inside the pepper, make a space in the middle and add the previously broken egg in a separate container.
- Season the egg with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a platter greased with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 20-30 minutes or until the egg is at the point of your preference.
