  • Large red or yellow bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • Cooked Parboiled Rice1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Bacon2 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Green seasoning to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • grated carrot4 tablespoon
  1. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and white parts and set aside.
  2. In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy, remove and leave to rest on a plate lined with paper towels.
  3. Enjoy the bacon fat and brown the garlic and onion.
  4. Add the carrot and sauté, add the cooked rice and mix.
  5. Add salt and pepper. Finish with the green seasoning.
  6. Add the seasoned rice inside the pepper, make a space in the middle and add the previously broken egg in a separate container.
  7. Season the egg with salt and pepper.
  8. Place the stuffed peppers on a platter greased with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 20-30 minutes or until the egg is at the point of your preference.
