- Salt, Oregano and Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl break the egg, put the salt, oregano and green smell. Mix well.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, add the beaten egg and when it starts to brown, turn it over and add the mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Close the omelette and place a lid on the skillet to melt the cheese. For 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with a salad.
