Bata os ovos com o garfo coloque uma pitada de sal . E mexa bem

Beat the eggs with a fork and add a pinch of salt. and stir well

Pique o presunto e o queijo.  Coloque junto com os ovos, coloque o orégano e a salsinha e mexa bem e reserve 

Chop the ham and cheese. Add the eggs, add the oregano and parsley and mix well and set aside.

Em uma frigideira que não grude coloque um fio de óleo e deixe esquenta espalhe esse óleo na frigideira e assim que estiver bem quente adicione o omelete. 

In a frying pan that doesn't stick, put a thread of oil and let it heat up, spread that oil in the frying pan and as soon as it's very hot add the omelet.

Deixe frita bem de um lado e depois vire e frite do outro lado . Depois e só servir  

Let it fry well on one side and then turn and fry on the other side. Then and only serve
