- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Pepper to taste
- paprika to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Pickles and Carrots150 g
- Olives150 g
- Marinated Mushrooms150 g

- Cheese50 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and thyme.
- Add the eggs, onion and garlic, chopped and breadcrumbs. In a narrow pan covered with parchment paper, spread some of the minced meat, in the middle pour the mushrooms, peas, olives and pickles and carrots.
- Cover with the rest of the ground beef. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes at the same temperature.
