  • 1 eggplant - medium1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef200 g
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese2 unit(s)
  • 1 garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • 1/2 onion1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the eggplant in half, remove the flesh and set aside.
  2. Saute ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Season with your favorite dry seasonings. I used cumin, smoked lemon pepper and coloral.
  4. The eggplant pulp that we took cut into cubes and take it to cook with the meat. You can add a little water and tomato paste.
  5. After the meat is cooked, stuff the eggplants, place the slices of cheese on top and a pinch of oregano on top if you like.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
  7. Serve with rice and salad.
