  • Chicken Breast1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Onion50 g
  • Tomato Sauce1/4 cup
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Green smell to taste
  • Mozzarella80 g
  • Cherry Tomato4 unit(s)
  1. First cut the eggplant a little towards the middle and make several cuts in it and sprinkle it with a drizzle of olive oil. Place in a mold and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggplant is soft. Put the chicken to cook and then shred.
  2. In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion. Take it to gold. After baking, take a spoon and scoop out some of the eggplant core and place it in the pan.
  3. Mix well and sauté. Put the salt, kingdom pepper and mix every time. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
  4. Put this mixture in the middle of the eggplant and then put the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Take to gold for 25 minutes.
