- Diced Bacon1 cup
- Garlic or Leek to taste
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Provolone cheese150 g
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Fry the chopped bacon and set aside. Brown the leek or garlic in the fat released from the bacon and add all the other ingredients and the fried bacon, stir for a few minutes until creamy.
- Adjust the salt.
- Cut the bread making a hole for the stuffing, put the cream cheese and finish with green smell.
- Tip: you can spread butter inside the bread and bake for 15 minutes before adding the cream cheese.
