  • Bread Yeast14 g
  • Milk250 ml
  • Yogurt250 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter60 g
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Filling: Cheese400 g
  • Scallions3 unit(s)
  • Parsley branch1 unit(s)
  • To spread: melted butter to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk10 ml
  1. In a bowl, mix the heated milk with the yogurt, sugar and bread yeast. Add 200 g of sifted flour. Stir well, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Then add the butter, eggs, salt and remaining flour. Knead a soft dough. Leave the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing the grated cheese in a bowl with the chopped chives and parsley.
  4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Grease the middle part with melted butter and place part of the filling. Fold one side, grease it with oil and put some of the stuffing again.
  5. Cover with the rest of the dough, etc. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. As soon as it grows, spread a beaten egg with 10 ml of milk. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. After removing the bread from the oven, grease it with melted butter while it is still hot.
