Adicione o alho, pimentinha de cheiro e refogue com azeite. Adicione o feijão (a quantidade desejada) e misture por alguns segundos, depois acrescente o sal.

Add the garlic, chili pepper and sauté with olive oil. Add the beans (as desired) and mix for a few seconds, then add the salt.

Depois de refogar, adicione a água até cobrir o feijão por inteiro. Feche a tampa da panela de pressão e marque 35 minutos.

Depois disso, espere a pressão da panela sair totalmente. Hora de temperar o feijão. Adicione cebola, cebolinha e coentro, pimentão ( e o que achar melhor). Adicione mais um copo ou dois de água e ligue o fogo e deixe por 5 minutos. Por fim, espera ele ferver. Pronto, seu feijão está prontinho pra ser servido.
