- Lemon juice5 ml
- In a pan, place the cleaned and coarsely chopped strawberries;
- Add the sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes;
- Add the lemon juice and over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally;
- Remove the pink foam that forms, this prevents the jelly from becoming cloudy;
- The jam will be ready when you pass the spatula in the middle of it and the path takes a while to close.
- Ready, store in a glass jar in the fridge and consume within 30 days.
