Se você comprar o espinafre fresco siga o passo a passo: tire folhinha por folhinha, lave,  seque,corte-os e adicione ao bechamel.

If you buy fresh spinach, follow the steps: remove leaf by leaf, wash, dry, cut them and add them to the béchamel.

Se você comprar congelado é só despejar a quantidade no molho quente e deixar esquentar e acertar o sal.

If you buy it frozen, just pour the amount into the hot sauce and let it heat up and adjust the salt.
