  • Palm oil1/4 cup
  • Fine cassava flour2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Chopped red and yellow bell pepper2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Chopped green onion2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Heat the palm oil in a pan and brown the onion well together with the peppers.
  2. Add the pepper and chives and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the flour, salt and stir over low heat to toast the flour well for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to another container and let cool before serving.
