  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Sicilian lemon (zest and juice)1 unit(s)
  1. * this recipe is for 2 large or 4 small eggplants. ** Use 1 tablespoon RASA.
  2. Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and make diagonal cuts in the flesh without separating it. Arrange the eggplants on a baking sheet with the skin facing down. PS: if you are bothered by the bitterness of the eggplant, soak it in water with vinegar for 30 minutes.
