- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)

- Place the butter beans and a bay leaf in the pressure cooker and cover with 1 liter of water. Tampe and cook for 10 minutes after you get pressure. Let the pressure release, drain in a sieve and rinse under cold water.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion and tomato into small cubes. Also chop the cilantro leaves and young finger pepper.
- Place the already cold beans in a bowl, the chopped vegetables and season with salt, Sicilian lemon juice and olive oil!
- Serve with grilled fish, pork, chicken or on barbecues! It gets even better from one day to the next.
