  • Lentil200 g
  • Pepperoni cut into half moons1 cup
  • Homemade tomato sauce4 cup
  • Hot water2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Green Spice to taste
  • Finely chopped chili pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • grated carrot1/4 cup
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the garlic, pepper and onion.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, water, bay leaf, salt and lentils and mix.
  3. Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 3 minutes after opening the pressure.
  4. Meanwhile, fry the pepperoni well in a frying pan and discard the fat that comes out.
  5. Remove the pressure from the pan, check if you need to add more water and add the pepperoni and carrot.
  6. Cook for another 3 minutes, hit the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
