  • Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoon
  • Capers60 g
  • Parmesan50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Desalt the capers under running water
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Adjust salt and pepper
