- Recipe
- Fine cassava flour2 cup
- Pepperoni sausage cut into medium cubes3/4 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
- Chopped Black Olives5 unit(s)
- Raisins2 dessert spoon
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Straw potato1/2 cup
- Coarsely chopped stiksy chips (optional)1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion.
- Add the sausage and fry well.
- Add the garlic, raisins and olives and mix well. Fry for 1 minute and add paprika, stir.
- Add the flour, chips (if using), salt and parsley and stir over low heat to toast the flour well.
- Lastly add the straw potato and mix for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to another container and let cool.
- Decorate as you prefer!
