Recipe

Fine cassava flour2 cup
Pepperoni sausage cut into medium cubes3/4 cup
Red onion cut into half moons1/3 cup
Chopped Black Olives5 unit(s)
Raisins2 dessert spoon
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Straw potato1/2 cup
Coarsely chopped stiksy chips (optional)1/2 cup
Sea Salt to taste
Paprika to taste
Chopped Parsley to taste

In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion.
Add the sausage and fry well.
Add the garlic, raisins and olives and mix well. Fry for 1 minute and add paprika, stir.
Add the flour, chips (if using), salt and parsley and stir over low heat to toast the flour well.
Lastly add the straw potato and mix for another 2 minutes.
Transfer to another container and let cool.
Decorate as you prefer!
