- Sparkling rosé150 ml
- refined sugar1 teaspoon
- Place 3 grapes of each type inside the sparkling wine glass and set aside.
- In a container macerate 3 grapes of each type together with the sugar and strain the liquid, put it in the cup.
- Add the sparkling wine and serve immediately.
