  • Large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
  • Margarine1 dessert spoon
  • Parmesan to taste
  1. Saute onion and garlic then mix in the chopped vegetables. Add 1 coffee cup of water and cover the pan for the vegetables to steam. Once cooked, mash with the help of a potato masher or fork and set aside.
  2. In a pan, place the milk, margarine, nutmeg. Bring to a boil and stir until it boils and thickens.
  3. Mix the mashed vegetables, the cream and adjust the salt. Place in a refractory, sprinkle Parmesan and take it to the oven for fixings.
