- Milk1 cup
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- Put the pan on medium heat and put the margarine to melt and put the bacon cut into cubes and then the onion to sauté. Add the chayote and sauté a little and then add the water to cook the chayote.
- In a bowl put the egg yolk, wheat flour and milk, mix well. After the chayotes are cooked, add this mixture and let it cook, stirring constantly, add salt and nutmeg.
- When cream is full-bodied. Remove from heat and let cool. Lastly, add the egg whites to the mixture and mix gently. Place the cream in greased refractories and bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
