  • oat flakes2 tablespoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Cumin pepper0 to taste
  1. Beat whole eggs until it doubles in volume and forms a light cream.
  2. Gradually add the puree and oats and finish by adding the salt and pepper.
  3. Bake on a greased platter (I used olive oil and cornmeal) in an oven at 180° for 20 min or until it is very firm.
