- In a pan over medium heat, put a thread of oil, add the garlic and onion and let it brown a little.
- Then add the carrot, parboiled rice, salt and water until covered.
- Stir so that the carrot is well distributed in the rice and cover
- Turn off the heat before drying all the rice water and leave it covered to finish cooking.
- TIP: You can add rice seasoning or natural seasoning like saffron. Ready to serve.
