- Cold milk2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- medium chopped onion1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Add the flour (or cornstarch) to 1/2 cup of milk and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the garlic and onion in butter (or margarine).
- Add the milk with the wheat flour, stir a little and add the rest of the milk.
- After boiling, add the vegetable broth.
- Stir constantly until creamy.
