- Pepper (green, red and yellow - half of each)3 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Stale bread1 unit(s)
- Roasted, unsalted peanuts100 g
- Roasted and unsalted cashews200 g
- Salt to taste
- coconut milk200 ml
- Tear the bread and soak it in a little milk. Reserve
- Place the tomato, onion, peppers, coriander, milk and coconut in a blender and blend well.
- Add the peanuts, chestnuts and bread and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Add water little by little if necessary to hit the blender.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan, add the salt and heat until it boils and thickens.
- Serve with dogfish moqueca and coconut rice.
