  • Onion (large)2 unit(s)
  • Pepper (green, red and yellow - half of each)3 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Stale bread1 unit(s)
  • Roasted, unsalted peanuts100 g
  • Roasted and unsalted cashews200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • coconut milk200 ml
  1. Tear the bread and soak it in a little milk. Reserve
  2. Place the tomato, onion, peppers, coriander, milk and coconut in a blender and blend well.
  3. Add the peanuts, chestnuts and bread and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Add water little by little if necessary to hit the blender.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add the salt and heat until it boils and thickens.
  5. Serve with dogfish moqueca and coconut rice.
