Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
Eggs3 unit(s)
Baked beans2 cup
Raw Cassava Flour1 cup
Chopped green smell1/2 cup
Salt to taste
olive oil to finish2 tablespoon

Heat the oil and brown the bacon for 3 min. Add the onion and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the garlic and leave for another 2 minutes.
Crack the eggs and stir until they release from the bottom of the pan. Season with salt to taste
Add the cooked beans (soak them the night before and cook without seasoning, just with water in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes - they need to be firm)
Add the cassava flour and stir gently, mixing all the ingredients. Stir for about 4 minutes on low heat for the flour to cook.
Hit the salt, add the green smell, finish with a thread of olive oil, mix again and it's ready!
