- Sausage cut into slices1/2 kg
- Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Olive to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato Extract6 tablespoon
- Oil to taste
- Water to taste
- Chives to taste
- In the pan, put the oil. Then add the sausage. Stir for 5 minutes
- Then add the tomato paste. Stir some more. Then add the olives and water.
- Let it boil for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the fire. Add the onion, chives and oregano.
- Serve the sauce on bread or with white rice.
