- Sour cream1 cup
- Cinnamon powder3 tablespoon
- Cook the corn in the water in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes or until soft.
- After the sauce is cooked, drain it
- Put the corn in the pan, the milk and the sugar and leave it until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and mix a little.
- Finish with powdered cinnamon on top of the hominy, it's delicious
