  • Pinto Beans200 g
  • Chopped pepperoni150 g
  • Chopped Bacon150 g
  • Cassava Flour200 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Bell Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. I cooked the beans for 8 minutes under pressure with water and salt. Drain all the water.
  2. In a pan, I fried the bacon and pepperoni over low heat to release all the fat, added the garlic and fried it together, added the onion and the peppers.
  3. I added the beans and seasoned with salt, pepper and green smell, lastly I added the flour, mixed well and turned off the heat.
