  • Garlic Cloves8 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Olive oil6 tablespoon
  • Clean fresh shrimp1 kg
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Passata1/2 cup
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  • Girl's Finger Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Sour Cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  1. Open the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Reserve.
  2. Crush 5 cloves of garlic, with 1/2 onion, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
  3. Rub this paste inside the pumpkin, cover and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Season the prawns with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
  5. In a hot skillet, with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the prawns, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
  6. Sauté the remaining onion, garlic and add the tomatoes and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the cilantro, pepper, cream, cream cheese, shrimp and adjust the salt.
  8. Arrange the shrimp with the sauce inside the pumpkin and mix with the cooked pumpkin inside.
  9. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
  11. And serve.
