  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Ginger1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chives5 g
  • Mayonnaise400 ml
  • Ketchup50 ml
  • Cognac1 tablespoon
  • Mandioquinha (baroa potato)3 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil500 ml
  1. Clean the shrimp and season with lemon slices, ginger, salt and chives.
  2. In a couscous pan or steamer, cook the prawns for 4 minutes.
  3. GOLF SAUCE: mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and cognac. Adjust salt.
  4. With the help of a mandolin, slice the manioc into thin slices.
  5. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the manioc chips. Dry on paper towels. Reserve.
  6. Cut half the prawns in half and toss in the sauce. Leave some for decoration.
