- 1* Heat the palm oil and sauté the peppers and onion. 2* Add the tomato and mix. 3* Add the manioc cream, mix and let it boil. 4*Add coconut milk, pepper sauce to taste and herbs and let it steep for 10 minutes. 5* Add the prawns, adjust the salt and drizzle with the lemon juice. 6* Cook for another 5 minutes and then serve with white rice.
