- Oil300 ml
- Palm oil300 ml
- Vatapá4 cup
- Put the whole beans in a blender and blend for a few seconds to break up the beans.
- Then put the beans in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak for 8 hours.
- Now stir the beans with a spoon in a sieve and remove all the husks that come off the beans
- Peel the onions, take the beans and place these two in the blender, beating until a paste forms. Then remove the paste and put it in the pan, putting oil, palm oil and let it cook in the pan.
- After cooking, take the resulting dough and shape it into cupcake shapes.
- Place the dumplings dipped in oil and fry for 5 minutes. Then remove the dumplings and your acarajé is ready (without stuffing).
