- Shimeji200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Chives to finish (if you want) to taste
- In a skillet melt the butter, add the shimeji and stir.
- Add the soy sauce and sugar. As soon as the shimeji withers a little, you can turn it off.
- If you prefer, finish with chives.
