  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Homemade tomato sauce400 g
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Chopped green seasoning1 dessert spoon
  1. In a nonstick skillet higher on the sides, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and add the eggs (1 at a time). Make a space in the sauce and gently accommodate the egg. Season each egg with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat until the egg is at the point of your preference.
  5. Finish with the green seasoning and basil leaves on top. Serve immediately.
