- Peel the onion, cut it into pieces and put it in the Mixer.
- Peel the garlic and put it in the Mixer along with the onion and bay leaf.
- Add olive oil
- Beat for Approx 5 minutes, until it becomes like a paste.
- Place the contents in a jar with a good seal.
- Add the oil over the paste until covered, thus avoiding contact with air.
- Always after using, observe if oil is on the paste if necessary top it up again.
