  • Ground beef500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green garlic stalk1 unit(s)
  • Tomato puree150 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cooking cream200 ml
  • Cheese150 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in 1 liter of salted water for 6 minutes over moderately low heat.
  2. Pour them into a pan. Fry the onion and minced meat in a little oil for 8 minutes over moderate heat. We add salt. Season with black pepper, paprika, cumin and oregano.
  3. Add the tomato puree. Leave on the stove for 1 minute. Add the parsley, stir and pour into the pasta pan.
  4. Stir and pour over the beaten eggs with the cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
