  • Soaked adzuki beans2 cup
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped leek1/2 cup
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground cumin to taste
  • Green seasoning to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pressure cooker, cook the beans with the bay leaf for 8 minutes after getting pressure.
  2. In a heated non-stick skillet, add the oil and brown the garlic, onion and leek.
  3. Place a ladle of the cooked beans in the skillet along with the sautéed and knead well until it forms a mush.
  4. Put all this mixture back into the pressure cooker beans and mix well.
  5. Add the cumin, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
