  • Drained Firm Tofu400 g
  • Onion finely chopped1 unit(s)
  • Tomato cut into small cubes2 unit(s)
  • Turmeric Powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast (optional)1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  1. In a bowl, crumble the tofu and set aside.
  2. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large skillet and add the onion. Saute until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and then the paprika. Saute until the tomato water dries up.
  4. Add the tofu, turmeric, yeast and salt and stir well to combine the ingredients. Saute for about five minutes.
  5. Adjust the salt, drizzle with a spoon of olive oil, turn off the heat and finish with chopped parsley.
  6. Eat it for breakfast as an accompaniment to breads, couscous... or in meals.
