- This recipe is very simple but to have a good scrambled egg I do it like this. First take a small frying pan not too small
- I turn the heat on low, I put oil in the frying pan to heat up as soon as it's hot, I break the egg only when it's at the point of frying then I start stirring stirring until it starts to break up the egg already frying, remembering low heat
- When it's already well broken, I put the oregano then the salt according to the flavor so it doesn't salt too much
