- Cut the jiló in half and set aside
- Chop the onion into cubes and set aside
- Crush the garlic and set aside
- In a pan add the hair and then sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the eggplant and mix well for 2 minutes
- Then add water until the eggplant is covered, add salt and let it cook.
- Chop some onions into slices and take it to the jiló for the kitchen.
