Manioca Butter Beans1 cup
Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
Cherry tomatoes5 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Green smell to taste

Cook the beans for about 50 minutes, in a common pan, until they are soft. This type of beans does not form broth!
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion.
Add the tomatoes cut in half and leave until they wither.
Add the beans, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
Finish with plenty of green smell or cilantro.
