- Bread Yeast20 g
- Yogurt100 g
- Milk150 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cheese150 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Parsley3 unit(s)
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add the bread yeast, sugar, salt, milk and yogurt.
- Close the bag and place it in a pan of warm water with a temperature of 50°, leave for 20 minutes.
- Grease the shape (26 cm in diameter) with oil and place the dough with your hands, press the dough and spread it all over the shape, spread with melted butter.
- Cut the sausages and cheese into pieces and place them in the dough. Beat 1 egg and pour the pie with it. Bake for 40 minutes.
