- Mayonnaise200 g
- Seasonings to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Mucarella200 g
- In a serving dish place the potatoes cut into small size.
- Put the onion, tomato, sausage, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, garlic and mix well.
- Transfer to a platter.
- Cover with aluminum foil, heat for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, put grated mozzarella, take it to the oven to melt all the mozzarella.
- Remove from fire.
