Mayonnaise200 g
Seasonings to taste
Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Mucarella200 g

In a serving dish place the potatoes cut into small size.
Put the onion, tomato, sausage, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, garlic and mix well.
Transfer to a platter.
Cover with aluminum foil, heat for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, put grated mozzarella, take it to the oven to melt all the mozzarella.
Remove from fire.
