Yam2 unit(s)
Full seasoning1 to taste
Colorau1 coffee spoon
Crushed garlic1 coffee spoon
Cumin1 to taste
Pepper1/2 unit(s)

Wash the vegetables and cut into pieces, then in a bowl add the vegetables, chopped pepper, cumin, seasoning and paprika.
Mix everything together, then cut the sausages and place together with the vegetables.
In a pan add oil and garlic and stir until golden. Then put everything in the pan, put a glass of water and cover and let it cook until the vegetables are soft and ready.
