- Sausage of your choice (cut into thin slices)1/2 kg
- Onions cut into rings2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract6 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Preparation mode Heat the margarine and onion in a pan. Fry for 1 minute and place the sausages. Fry for 1 minute and add the tomato paste and water. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes, if you want a thinner sauce, add a little more water. Add salt to taste. Great to serve with bread or white rice.
