  • sausage500 g
  • Potatoes500 g
  • Olives200 g
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Drain and reserve
  2. Cook sausages until soft. Chop them and heat with the olives, seasonings (preferably) and oil, sauté and set aside.
  3. Pass the potatoes in the masher or even mash them with a fork. Add the cream, taste the salt and set aside.
  4. In a refractory, pour half of the dough
  5. Add the seasoned sausages and the other half of the creamed potatoes.
  6. Finish with Parmesan cheese
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
